The apartments are very nice and have a dishwasher, garbage disposal and ice maker in the fridge. We have nice size porches/balconies with storage room. If you get a 2 bedroom, the closet in the smaller room is long and narrow and fits so many clothes. The larger bedroom easily fits a twin bed, full size bed and two dressers. The bathroom for that room has a storage shelf area and a double sink with lots of cabinet storage. The pantry/laundry room has plenty of room to do your laundry in and store all your food. The dining area is large enough for a 6 person table and hutch. The manager, Candace, always answers the phone or returns calls very quickly. Ive never had a problem that she didnt fix quickly. She is very helpful and kind. The maintenance team is very good at what they do and are very respectful. I have never lived in apartments that are kept up so well inside and outside. We love the playground and grill area as well as the nature trail. more ... hide ...

Never been inside but the outside premises look historic and beautiful. I hope to one day explore the interior and learn more about the purpose and history of this place.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible place to live. I give one start because the apartments are nice. Can NEVER get ahold of anyone at the main office. Terrible customer service. My property manager is awful and has special regu lations that only apply to her. Maintenance man is a job enters apartments at his own free will with no notice. Awful place to call home. Thought this was the nicest apt I had ever lived in. but has turned out to be more like a communist apt complex. Have NO rights here at all, added new lease addendum that states we cannot smoke In our own apt, and have t o be up to 25 ft away from the building.
