Office staff is very rude. Veda is so disrespectful. I had a house fire and as the apartment was going up in flames Veda was on the phone calling Housing Authority. Not once did she express any empathy! That wasnt the time or place. She tried to tell an apartment manager that i owed money to Winchester due to the fire while the case was still being reviewed. She is very spiteful the manager at my new complex knew of her and wasnt shocked by the situation. Veda also tried to tell me that the smoke would never come out of my clothes and nothing was able to be saved but the Mighty God that i serve made sure nothing in my closet was destroyed or damaged. There is one maintence man that steals and tried to sell some of my daughters things including her beats headphones, ipad, a laptop and 3 pairs of her Jordans. At the end of the day those items have been replaced and im thankful no one was injured! more ... hide ...

There are 3 apartment sizes - Efficiency, 1 Bedroom, and 2 Bedroom. The latter has 2 bathrooms.Rent is comparable to similar units in the area, based on raw numbers alone. When you consider that AC, heating, and hot wa ter is included - with individual forced air cooling, heating, and water heater - rent becomes an incomparable bargain.When i moved in, the apartment was basically new - freshly painted, with flooring (carpet / tile) replaced. Service is prompt - 3 maintenance requests each resolved same day.People with cats or dogs wont want to apply - neither Fido or Fluffy is allowed. Income qualification may be a challenge, with both minimum and maximum limits (carefully and compassionately verified).Right now, I have no intention of ever moving. am moving into an apartment here, I can say that so far my experience with management is horrid, horrid, horrid. The staff is cold, uncaring and inefficient!!! I have section 8 and due to their incompetence I could lose my voucher. Section 8 inspected apt on 10/2/17 Again incompetence having me coming back and forth with ???. I have paid my deposit $799 and my lease was signed on 10/19/17 I was told by Nadia emailing to section 8 the same day. I f/u days after(did you email?) I am so disappointed. They dont show you your park until after (Im practically on top of the dumpster). I ask Nadia again email my lease and cc my email address and she tells me she cant. How else do I know she has done it since she promised twice before and had not done it... I am livid...if I lose my voucher because of their no performance... UPSET!!!!! more ... hide ...
