Chapel Ridge use to be the cleanest and most decent apartment complex in Ripley. Now that all of the criminals are moving in, its going to hell in a hand basket. It just doesnt feel safe, anymore.

Its an ok place to live...if you dont have anywhere else to go or need to live in a low income housing...but they go to property manager quickly
