I have only lived here for a few weeks and I am so happy to be a resident! My first weekend I discovered the dryer was not working, I sent an email on Sunday, received a call from Ms. Dorothy, property manager that she w ill have Johnny, maintenance, to access the problem. It was later determined that a new dryer was definitely needed. Ms. Dorothy called the same day to let me know that she has ordered a new dryer, it arrived the next day and installed. I seen the now leasing sign. Ive called at lease 50-60 times in the last week. No answer, I emailed no response and Ive actually went to the office and was told by your leasing staff that it was closed while she was letting someone else in. She stated they would open at 4 and this was at 12pm. Ive never heard of someone taking a 4hour lunch. Even when I called after 4 still no answer, the phone was actually going straight to voicemail.
