Im not sure what all these lies are about but Ive lived here for 5+ years and I have NEVER heard or seen these \"horrible people\" or \"gang members\" some of you are referring to, so stop lying. The kids here are like any other kids anywhere else. And RAMONA TAMAYO you should MOVE OUT if you are that unhappy. NO ONE is forcing YOU or anyone else to live here. Its really as simple as that. And if YOU have roaches YOU should CLEAN UP! Because I have lived here for 5 years and have NEVER seen a roach. Yeah the neighborhood has a \"REPUTATION\" and what goes on out there is not my business nor what ever goes on in here. For me and my children I feel as safe as if I were living anywhere else. As far as management goes both Tony and Erica have always been professional with me. Tony does run a tight ship, and ensures everyone is following the rules in which I am glad because if she didnt Im sure it would be a hot mess here. So I appreciate her and Erica.I decided to post this review because I dont want people to get the wrong idea about Victoria Heights with these LIES. If you dont believe me its very easy to find out where all the crime is taking place by going on to various websites or you could call your local police department and ask for the stats for this or any other property you thinking of moving to. more ... hide ...

Just recently moved into this place and we love it already. We like to give the Manager Sam Lewis all the thanks. He really made this move in a breeze from start to finish! He provided excellent service and always got ba ck to us faster than we expected when it came to questions and concerns. During our tour of the apartment and the complex he was very professional and explained all the features of the complex and rules very thoroughly. His energy and knowledge alone made us want to pursue the place even more because we got that vibe that they really take care of their tenants. On move in day we had a couple of minor issues that were quickly handled by the manager and the friendly maintenance staff. We are looking forward to our long stay and cant thank the staff enough! more ... hide ...
