One of the residents was about 3 blocks from the building, temperature below zero. His scooter stalled on the sidewalk. My husband was driving by and offered to help. He then called Robbinsdale Landing to inform them t hat one of their residents had scooter trouble (BELOW ZERO). The woman that answered the phone said \"Im in a meeting. Call 911\" and hung up. A police officer came, helped the elderly man into his truck. The officer, a woman, and my husband loaded the scooter and my husband delivered the man and scooter back home. My husband then had to call a coworker to help unload the scooter. This is rediculous! That man could have been stuck in the cold! more ... hide ...
