Outstanding! Ive been here since September and I absolutely love it! When I first met with the staff for a tour they were amazing, kind and caring. Moving is not always easy, but I found when I moved in that I had a coup on on my counter for a free pizza meal which made my friends helping me happy and $20 loaded on my laundry card so I could wash all my unpacked clothes. Any issue I have had they addressed quickly and with kindness. The layout is an open feel and definitely makes it seem apart from every other apartment around. There are so many closets that I feel I have to buy more things just so they arent empty! There is also a huge storage locker in the basement as well as top of the line washing machines that are super cheap to use. My neighbors are so nice and everyone introduced themselves right away. The neighbors also give a sense of security as everyone seems to know each other. You get what you pay for with this place and the fact basic cable is included is just another of many bonuses. If you want a home feel instead of a cramped apartment then this is the place to be. I highly recommend it and I very rarely leave reviews for anything. more ... hide ...

Amazing! The staff is always on top of their game, the residents are understanding and helpful, the place as a beautiful exterior with a modern inside with splashes of the old building. It is currently getting renovated to become more homey. I looked into one of the new Ampt today and oh my goodness it is so cozy! more ... hide ...

One thing about this place it has alot of elderly in walkers whailchairsAnd there is no automatic door to open for them they struggle to open them heavy door they say rent is cheap 725$
