Stopped by to check out the facility for my Mom. Manager was nice and took her time to explain everything I needed to know to get an application filled out and turned in. The building looks very clean, comfortable and fr iendly. Talked to a couple of current residents and they all seemed to enjoy living there. I love it here. Ive had a great experience the entire year my son and I have been here. The management has been friendly and helpful and always very responsive. The maintenance guys are friendly and nice as well. Ive had some issues concerning the construction going on, mainly how unprofessional theyve been with how they communicate with each other in my home and I felt theyve been really messy and dont clean up after themselves but that is not the apartments fault. When Ive brought that their attention, theyve been more than helpful and always try to find solutions so that I am happy. The area is great and super close to everything. Schools are wonderful and I am way pleased with the upgrades done to the apartments. I havent had an issue with neighbors, and I feel the complex is very quiet and safe. I have not had an issue. I cant say enough good things about this place. My dad who lost his wife 5 years ago, lived at Sutter Terrace for almost 5 years and unfortunately we had to move him out today due to his failing health. It was abso lutely heartbreaking. Not only the staff but also the residences who live at Sutter Terrace treated my dad with such loving kindness and thoughtfulness. He formed so many special friendships living there. The office manger and onsite maintenance personnel are outstanding people along with being so helpful and compassionate. The upkeep of the property grounds are really nice and clean. Its very clear they really care and watch out for their tenants. I definitely recommend this place 100% and I feel so fortunate for the time my father got to call this wonderful place home. ¤ more ... hide ...
