I moved into apartment when this property first opened and I was blown away . My unit is stunning and I was beyond impressed. The amenities here are awesome as well . Maintenance is also very attentive .Management hasn t always been the best but I can say currently Celeste has been doing a great job . I have 0 complaints . more ... hide ...

I dont even know where to start. If the worst customer service/ treatment had a name or synonym when it comes to applying for an apartment it would be called \"the Park at Sutton Oaks\". Save your TIME, ENERGY, AND MONEY its not worth the struggle. I applied at this place and my application was ongoing for several months due to excuses, management changes (Isaac, Rick, Tina and Raven!!!!), and them LOOSING MY APPLICATION TWICE. I applied 3 TIMES FOR NOTHING. Raven kept turning me around, empty talks, lost my application, infos, pay stubs and much more... All because I applied for the discounted unit rate at $763/month. I provided Tina and Raven with everything they requested and right away (PAY STUBS for SEVERAL MONTHS, my BANK STATEMENTS, JOB INFOS, EVERYTHING!!)....Ive gone there in person at least 10 TIMES and called at least 25TIMES TO FOLLOW UP and different things. I FEEL DISAPPOINTED, DISGUSTING, VERY EXHAUSTED, AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST TO SAY THE LEAST!!! How can I make 42K when you have copies of my pay stubs for the last 6 months and everything is under 2500/month??? Thats less than 31k a year which means I qualify and not 42K/year as Raven mentioned, HOW CAN PEOPLE JUST COME UP WITH NUMBERS THAT DO NOT EXIST?? The phone is barely answered too. Please send me my DEPOSIT BACK as I turn this DARK PAGE and find another Apartment right away.UPDATE: 5 months later 06/28/2022 I still did not get my deposit back even though TINA said they mailed it 5 MONTHS AGO SMH....NB: Im a very kind, respectful, and compassionate person so for me to write such a bad review, my experience had to be the ABSOLUTE WORST!! more ... hide ...

In the middle of June someone tried getting into our mailbox and broke something In the key hole. Went to management and they said they would get maintenance to get the keyhole fixed. Meanwhile management had been holdin g onto our mail in the office and I would collect from them. Come July 1st it was brand new management they didnt mentioned and got rid of all the staff. I went 11 July to collect my mail and I was surprised to be greeted by new staff. When I mentioned my situation and was there to pick up the mail no one had no clue as to what was going on. When I thought my situation was being fixed it was just let go of like the staff was. The new management barely even let me get out a question as she kept implying \"no I dont know\"But they made sure to send out a letter stating they will be collecting rent in money order but not bothered to take over the maintenance problems around the complex HORRIBLE. more ... hide ...
