Been there to visit and so say the least they pay no attention to repairs or to infestations! Just to think they believe rubbing alcohol can get rid of bed bugs!!! Ive already advised the building inspector and the prope r authorities about this management company and they are getting in touch with the public health dept. My wife and I lived here a while back with our 2 young sons. We lived here about 9 months.The home itself was considereably nice considering its low income. Large bedrooms and ours was one of the lucky ones who had a dishwasher. Had washer and dryer hookups which was amazing. The management straight off the bat was a problem for us. Heather was very very nice and respcetful. Debbie was very rude and unprofessional. She treated us as though we were beneath her and she was better than us from the get-go. We stayed to ourselves and a lot of the other tendents did too. However there were alot of them that did not and were able to just let their kids and guests run wild but because they were a favorite Nothing was done. One woman who I was told lived there for years had like 4 kids who were always outside without supervision and were extreamly rude to any other kid trying to play at the playground. We found a used needle at the playground at one point and a knife in the parking lot by the playground. There were domestic violence calls on the regular. Not at all a safe environment for any children ever. The place was ok when we needed it and times were tough. We were glad we had somewhere to live. Needs to work on management and cutting down on crime and talk to people about having unsupervised rude kids running around. more ... hide ...

Im a former resident of the Forest Park Apartments, and at the time that I lived there it was pretty run-down but I must say that I have visited a friend over there recently and the apartments have improved considerably. Maintenance seems to be on their job because whenever my friend report something maintenance is there either that day or the next day. The management seems to keep the traffic down pretty well which is a good thing, a definite plus in my book. And the grounds are kept quite nicely nowadays. The leasing agent that has worked with me has been awesome. Besides that, this has been the worst living experience Ive had yet. Upon moving in our Wi-Fi has yet to work. We have called Tripple S properties multiple times to have it fixed, and nothing has been done. They have given us other numbers to call, and those numbers either dont answer, or say they will have someone call us back, which they never do. On top of this, these properties are advertised as Tenant only pays rent and electric when this is also not the case. I also have to pay an additional amount each month to cover Wifi and all other utilities. I should of never left bear village. more ... hide ...
