Pam at forrest cove is a caring and compassionate landlord! She believed in me just by talking to me on the phone. She made me having a place to call home possible. Has there been thing that needed fixed sure. Sam the m aintenance has always been there to help me with things like locking myself out NO problem. I read other reviews and its upsetting because Pam has always been there for my family,she always asks about the kiddos she genuinely cares. Worst place to live ever. First off they NEVER EVER return phone calls. No exaggeration. Ive called at least 30 times in the last 3 years and have never got a call back. My A/C goes out in the summer, heat goes out in th e winter, my vehicle has been broken into 3 times, no screens on my front windows b/c they were so old they fell apart and blew away (after I called 3 times begging for them to repair), kitchen window installed wrong so it leaks every time it rains flooding the kitchen, front windows were promised to be replaced 2 years ago and still no new windows, no landscaping or lawn care provided as promised, they do not spray for ants or any other pests and when I asked why they said its not their responsibility. I could literally go on forever. Most recently my heater didnt work for 2 months because they could never manage to figure out what was wrong with it. During the coldest nights of the year we didnt have heat. I had to go spend $200 on space heaters and when I called to see if they would discount my rent due to the fact that myself and my 12 year old daughter didnt have adequate heat guess what?? Yep, they didnt answer the phone and never returned my voice message. SHOCKER right lol. Ive been a tenant here since 2011 and seen this building go through 3 different owners and Three Stone Homes is by far THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!!! In the last 8 years Ive paid my rent late only once and have always been a good tenant keeping a clean, well maintained home. My lease is up in July and Im counting down the days! I can hardly wait to leave this hell hole they call Primrose Circle Apartments. Take it from me, never ever EVER move here! Total nonstop nightmare.*UPDATE*Still no heat and now no A/C. Called and complained twice this week and they havent returned my calls. Big surprise right. My next step is to contact KY3 news and consult with my lawyer. Im not going to continue to pay rent when my daughter and I dont have adequate living conditions. more ... hide ...

Listen very carefully, avoid this complex and property management company at all costs. Both the manager Kim and her boss Janet will target you for no reason and cause unnecessary drama. Look through the reviews, they ha ve a long track history of doing this. Kim and the entire operation is as corrupt as they come. Has her favorites and if she does not like you will literally make up anything even if its juvenile and not relevant. This property is not under code whatsoever. Tons of insects including brown recluse and bed bug infestations! Myself and many others have been bit by brown recluses on property. They do nothing and Kim only gives excuses.
