Ive been living at The Brooks on Eleven66 (formerly The Heritage at Fort Bragg) coming up on 2 years now. Since the changeover to new management (the current one) there have been many sweeping changes, all for the better . Improving the grounds and public areas! This complex is a very large property but it does have some unique perks. Theres a very nice wooded lot adjoined to The Brooks with nice sized trails to walk around in (its a legit trail with a nice wooden bridge walkway into the woods). Also the sand volleyball court is an awesome perk!Id recommend this property! more ... hide ...

I lived in stone gate for just over a year and it was probably the worst experience I have had in customer service. Management changed 2 times while I was a resident and got worse each time it changed. Patricia was rude at the very least in every encounter I had with her. The facilities themselves where shabby at best and disgusting more common than not.For example a group of kids had too much fun and egged the hallway I lived in, and Im not upset with kids being kids what I am upset with is that after reporting this issue to management it took WEEKS for them to resolve it. The \"car wash\" was broken 10 out of the 12 months I lived there. The gym was closed for the entire duration of my residency, even after all adjacent complexes had opened their gym. And the pool was poorly maintained and was closed 9 out of the 11 months I lived there. The community area towards the back of the complex was always full of trash and disgusting. The community grills are rusted through and about to fall over. All of the picnic tables are trashed and disgusting. The grass was dead and ugly for the majority of my stay. The apartments feel spacious and nice at first but in reality as you live in them you see how shabby the construction and maintenance is.On top of all of these issues the management office managed to loose paperwork from me on 5 occasions.I cant express how incredibly terrible my experience was and I hope no one else has to go through that. more ... hide ...

I would highly suggest these apartments! The apartments themselves are huge compared to other apartments. They are nice looking with tons of space. The maintenance team is absolutely amazing. My car battery died in the p arking lot and one of the maintenance guys, Josh tried to help me jump the car. When he couldnt get my car to run, he called Zachary, who came quickly and was able to get my car started. Praise the Lord that they were there! I feel safe here as well as a mom of a two year old. Ive had no noise complaints and no disturbances at all. Great apartments! more ... hide ...

I love Ms. Doris, the place has a lot more potential but she makes it worth living here. She is the sweetest kindest most helpful woman.Not where Id want to live but its a roof over our heads for now, we keep to ourselve s most the time. Im not sure about all the other apartments condition but mine could use some fixing.Its a decent place for an income based development.Wish there was more than just a slide on the playground for the children, and wish there were more than 3 washers and dryers in the laundry room. Lived here for almost 3 years. Marteen is so helpful and Frank along with maintenance staff were always wonderful! Great place to live, felt very comfortable and safe.
