I wanted to wait until I wrote a review. I must say that this is a hidden little gem. My leasing agent was GiGi and she was wonderful! She answered all my concerns in a timely manner and also helped me pick an apartment floor plan that she thought best for me and my children. (Since I never went in to see the property). Dont be fooled, I can tell that the apartments are older and being remodeled. Apartment is very quite and I love that the gate is working and can be operated through an app on your phone. Floor plans are very spacious and coming from 2400 Square feet. Apartment doesnt seem closed in at all. They have handled all of my maintenance request in a fast and efficient way. All of the staff are welcoming and professional. And even left a little note welcoming me to the neighborhood! My only concern is some neighbors are more tiddy than others and drop trash around, but thankfully they have staff that clean the neighborhood every day, including weekends! more ... hide ...

I absolutely love my apartment complex. The 24/7 security guards are a peace of mind. I moved in January 2019 and anytime Ive needed someone to come out, they came out the next day or the day after to fix my issues. Domi nique, the maintenance man is super helpful and will talk you through anything you dont understand. The application process was quick and there were no hidden fees. Destiny was very upfront about the whole process and all of the payments that needed to be covered. If you do apply to live here, work with Destiny, she is amazing! My apartment is NOT infested with roaches, but Ive seen one or a two show up throughout the months and have called for pest control immediately, who come out the very next day. If anyone has roaches or bedbugs that speaks to their living conditions or their surrounding neighbors, because this apartment complex is as clean as it can be. The trash compactor in the front is almost never overflowed. Any of the leasing office attendants are more than willing to help you with anything you need.
