Terrible apartments. Management and maintenance ignore requests and problems. Units are awful; no insulation whatsoever, appliances and light fixtures are old, defective, or poorly maintained, walls are paper thin, walkw ays are just a few planks of wood and residents are allowed to have oversized items on them, amenities (laundry room and pool specifically) are piss poor.Over a weekend, two loud and obnoxious residents get into an argument. One of them gets high and starts smashing the other guys door then goes back to his apartment, gets even higher, takes off his clothes and starts running around outside and yelling; police were called. In the end, nothing is done, no one is kicked out. Damaged property, disturbing the peace, and theres a handful of people here behind all the commotion that takes place here. But nothing is ever done.Im leaving as soon as my lease is up if not earlier. more ... hide ...

Rather, be expecting pricing that will not match what their leasing agent will show you in her own ha ndwriting. And when you check them out online ask yourself why are there so many good 1 bedroom apartments available? Thats the \"bait\". Just be ready for the \"switch\" when you get there hoping youll find what youre looking for. If I was going in to consider buying a used car I would not so much be surprised by one of the oldest \"tricks in the book\". Very beautiful place to live for a descent price, not only that but maintenance is freaking awesome they come when they say and its usually the next morning hes respectful and kind and gets the job done fast, the women i n the office are very kind and friendly they will help in anyway they can. I love the energy here been here 5 month so far and highly recommended anyone to move here very safe for children and affordable for college students if you have a roommate or a good paying job .
