Stayed here back with a ex and my 2 kids in 2019 after going thru a domestic situation that almost cost me my life. Would not recommend.First off, they claim to have cameras for the complex, when its beneficial for t hem to get money outta you but not when your apartment is robbed when the people they hired to repaint your apartment leaves your apartment windows down for it to be robbed.Secondly, even if your a resident here, youll get your car towed and they wont compensate you. They wont give you a sticker, if you dont have your license, even with valid paperwork showing its your car, its insured or for the simple fact your living there and paying rent.5K worth of items were stolen from my place when I was staying here because they didnt make sure my apartment was secure. They tried to say I could still stay there with my kids but the fumes were so strong upon opening my door the first night I got so dizzy and nauseated I knew I couldnt. Asked to see the same camera that saw me go to the dumpster but they so happen not be functioning that night?! But they saw everything everybody was doing nights before, oh okay.& Their excuse of not securing my apartment is me and my kids shouldve still been staying their inhaling all the dangerous toxins while they painted¦They literally told me the first night to leave all my windows down so the apartment could air out, at the time of living alone with 2 special needs kids, that was not ideal, especially since they know the neighborhood is not always on the safe side lord forbid if I wouldve listened and some climb thru the window cause theres zero security.Still trying to charge for the paint but not compensate me for the items I lost due to their mistakes. Said I shouldve had renters insurance well yall shouldve kept my windows down. more ... hide ...

Good Afternoon. I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful maintenance team we have at Pinnacle at North Chase Apartments in Tyler TX. I have lived here many years now and I have seen a lot of maintenance men come and go and most of them did not do a good job. Aaron and Luis are such nice men and they are doing a wonderful job. They are both very dedicated in their work and they genuinely care about the tenants. Every time we need something fixed, Aaron quickly repairs things with a great attitude. Please do whatever it takes to keep these guys. Thank them from us for their dedication and great work! more ... hide ...

I wouldnt recommend that nobody stay here, I have 3 small children, 1 who has special needs and he cant be in the heat or hell have seizures, well my AC been broke for god knows how long, Ive had to t ake my kids out our joke to get a hotel because it was to hot to stay in there, I was told to open my window since it was finna get cold outside, also my son Medical supplies and medicine goes to the office & some say clear as day perishable item and needs to be placed in a refrigerator upon arrival but nope they stick it in a hot closet,. Now that meds is waisted! I really feel like I should be rewarded some of my money back. I HATE THIS PLACE & TELLING EVERYONE THAT I KNOW DONT EVER MOVE HERE AT ALL!!! more ... hide ...

My experience at townhouse was awesome Miss Natalie was real nice she was polite and explain to me everything that I needed to know I waited for the response of me going to get the apartment or not.. she called me and sa id I was approved and I was so excited cuz it was indeed a blessing getting this apartment, My paperwork went good she explained everything thats supposed to be done and what they expect out of there residence. The movie in was awesome so I really think PartTown Apartment for give me a chance to be a resident of theirs,, more ... hide ...
