Lived here for the past 10+ years. Was ok for the first 3. This place is absolutely terrible. There was a fist fight in the parking lot just last night (3:30am). Walls are paper thin. Noise from tenants and there friends at all hours. Smell of weed throughout complex. Trash everywhere. Maintenance is terrible. Apartment manager is the laziest, most incompetent person Ive met in any position of management. I have documented months and years worth of criminal activity and fraud on behalf of management. If you decide to try this place, photograph everything throughout your entire stay. They will charge you for fixing all sorts of things then turn around and through it away and replace with new. more ... hide ...

My mother has been a resident of over 10 years. She is a senior citizen who has put in MULTIPLE complaints of noise between the hours of 10pm and 5 am. Nothing has been done. The police has been called over 10 times. Sti ll nothing. If you would like a establishment that cares about your peace I do not recommend moving there. more ... hide ...

The staff at Oceangate is phenomenal. Theres never a time they arent up to answering any question (whether I feel its silly or not). Front office and maintenance are always kind, always nice! One of the main tenance gentleman is always so kind - if he sees me taking trash out he insists on helping, he always plays with my son when he sees him!Its fairly quiet, no issues in the last three years ¤ more ... hide ...

First let me say, I have lived here for over 2 years. I LOVE living here. They are a no nonsense complex. Have your stuff together otherwise this is not the place for you. They value good residents and it shows. We have had a few property managers over the past two years, so if anyone reading this sees any reviews from late 2019 to mid 2021 regarding the complex being hard to contact- its NOT like that now. Let me tell you why, Jenny! Jenny is the float manager and she is on it. Jenny has always been around but never permanent here and while I wish she was, I know she is too beneficial to be placed in one spot. She is always kind, very informative, assistive and has a quick turn around on any issue. She is a gem of an employee and has for certain made living here the most fluid experience. more ... hide ...
