First let me say I have lived here for over 2 years I LOVE living here They are a no nonsense complex Have your stuff together otherwise this is not the place for you They value good residents and it shows We have had a few property managers over the First let me say I have lived here for over 2 years I LOVE living here They are a no nonsense complex Have your stuff together otherwise this is not the place for you They value good residents and it shows We have had a few property managers over the past two years so if anyone reading this sees any reviews from late 2019 to mid 2021 regarding the complex being hard to contact its NOT like that now Let me tell you why Jenny Jenny is the float manager and she is on it Jenny has always been around but never permanent here and while I wish she was I know she is too beneficial to be placed in one spot She is always kind very informative assistive and has a quick turn around on any issue She is a gem of an employee and has for certain made living here the most fluid experience more ... hide ...

Miss the old manager they had. She was a sweetheart. Now they have a lady there that lies to people and doesnt even pay attention to anything she has to do. We where ok with the July 20th part untill we where supposed to have a meeting with her at 2pm on a Wednesday which she never showed up to. Then we find out over the phone that the manager of sea pines had literally gave our apartment to someone else. Dont go there and waist your time with them.
