DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! These are the worst apartments. When I went in to the main office to sign papers, it smelled like sweaty feet. Very unprofessional!! Every time something will break and we would let the manager know s he would take MONTHS to get someone to fix the problem. We got a lease violation for having a little hot wheel car outside. Like what???? The only time this manager fixes stuff is when theres going to be an inspection. One time I had left my bike and my barbecue pit outside and the next morning it was gone. When I asked the front office what happened to my barbecue pit she told me that she threw it away because she doesnt eat meat. I remember one time I was sleeping and I woke up to the manager standing over my bed with a screw driver. I screamed and she told me she was there to fix the door knob that I complained about 6 months ago. That morning I got up to make breakfast and she sat down on my table and took my plate. I was so confused. We got a letter one day that she was going to come in to fix some things and I didnt open the door because I was asleep. I heard a loud crash. I ran out of my room and saw that the manager had kicked down my door. I couldnt take it anymore so I decided to move out. Theres so many thing wrong with these apartments. Living here is a great experience. Its comfortable, safe, and welcomed. This was my experience right away on the first day that I stepped into the complex looking for a place to rent. I met with Gabby and when speaking with her on the first day, it was a Godsend. I was moving here from Minnesota and I had looked st several other places but Keystone was the place for me to call home. I have now been here for 3 years and Im happy to say I have no complaints. When I need anything done it is quickly taken care of. Gabby Bazan has continued to be available for help wherever necessary. Thank you for my new home. more ... hide ...

Just wanted to take a moment on here and thank the office for always keeping these apartments clean, safe and up to date. Ive lived here for 2 years now and I have always been treated with respect from the office sta ff. I believe some of these negative comments are for the ones that dont care and appreciate about where they live and dont have an understanding of the commitment it takes to keep running this place the way management does to keep it looking presentable and inviting. Love my home. I will continue to stay here as long as I can. Over all its safe. Office always kept me up to date with covid 19 updates. We have also been experiencing difficult weather and not once has it flooded, or our lights have gone out from a storm or freeze. Keep doing a great job ladies. more ... hide ...
