INFESTED WITH BED BUGS !! DO NOT COME OR LIVE HERE, MY POOR GRANDMOTHER HAS TO SUFFER WITH GETTING BIT BY BED BUGS ALL DAY AND NIGHT AND THEY LITERALLY HAVE SPRAYED 3 TIMES NOW AND CAN NOT REMOVE THEM, OBVIOUSLY YOU FIND THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM AND TOTALLY REMOVE IT FROM THAT CERTAIN APARTMENT THAT THEY ARE BREEDING FROM OR OTHERWISE SPRAYING WILL DO NO GOOD AS TO WHY THE BUGS ARE STILL THERE!! SOMEONE OBVIOUSLY BROUGHT THEM THERE!! NOW MY GRANDMOTHER MAY HAVE TO MOVE, (SHE IS 84 AND DISABLED) SHE DOES NOT HAVE MUCH TIME LEFT ON THIS EARTH AND HER GRANDCHILDREN AND GREAT GRANDCHILDREN CAN NOT EVEN VISIT HER IN FEAR OF GETTING THESE BED BUGS, THAT ARE LITERALLY CRAWLING ALL OVER HER APARTMENT!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET ON THIS ISSUE, I FEEL BAD FOR THE OTHER ELDERLY LIVING THERE AS WELL... more ... hide ...

Horrible place to live because of the management team. They are very inconsiderate and purposely put tenants at inconveniences. They dont care what you have to do or how something affects you as long as they do what they need to do. We have multiple ceiling leaks in our apartment throughout our 3 year stay here, our neighbors are EXTREMELY noisy and Parkview has done nothing to fix either of those problems though we have asked them to. They also keep forcing us to do random bed bug inspections which is not easy to get your house up to par for that kind of inspection on short notice, but they dont care. They give us a long extensive checklist that has to be done which includes moving everything in your apartment to the center of each room. It is only my sister and my niece in our apartment and we both work full time and we are in college so completing that list of requirements on a school night is next to impossible. It puts so much stress on us and we have expressed that to management but as I said before they dont care about their tenants.The security here is horrible and rude. One security guard knocked on my door at 10oclock at night on new years eve just to say he thought he smelled marijuana in the hallway and he was very rude to me and it also wasnt the appropriate time for a visit. Me and my sister do NOT smoke at all so this was uncalled for.On top of all that, our rent goes up every year. more ... hide ...
