The reviews are correct about the customer service. In my apartment search I came upon a listing for a 3 bedroom 2 bath on the vineyard website. It also states to call for pricing and availability. I called and was immed iately met with attitude from Maria who then proceeded to ask if I called before. I stated this was my first time calling as the website directed me to call for information on the three bed room. She then shortly cut me off and said they had no three bedrooms. I have attached a picture below from their website where they list a three bedroom. She then proceeds to tell me there is a waitlist but I must meet the criteria. I said great what are the qualifications. She gave a brief pause and stated I was trying to go over them. I disconnected the call as the tone of her side of the conversation is not at all what I would expect from a property office.But all the reviews on the customer services of this property seem to ring true after that conversation.
