I could go into a lot of detail about why Im rating this place 1 star, but I will try to sum it up quickly to save a long read. I didnt have hot water for 3 weeks despite constantly putting in maintenance request s and calling (at one point I was hung up on) and until I got in contact with the city and the managers of the property the issue was not fixed. Maintenance just doesnt do their jobs, they never come until you are harassing them. They also use inappropriate language in your apartment and did not wear a mask during peak covid.A HUGE issue is this complex is so poorly built and insulated it will cost you $300 A MONTH in gas bills to keep your apartment 58-64 degrees!!!! I was on the ground level but thats RIDICULOUS. I purposefully kept my apartment freezing and still could barely afford my gas bills and I had a studio. I called Piedmont several times and they said it was the average for the complex.I was told the apartment I was getting was updated and it was not, there were cracks on the walls and the toilet seat wouldnt even stay on the toilet, and there were rips in the floor. I have my move in date 2 weeks early and they didnt schedule the cleaning and repairing until the day I was moving in and we couldnt touch the counters the first 24 hours of me being there. Not to mention the constant litter around the property.I could go on but I think this is a good enough synopsis to show why you should run from this apartment complex. more ... hide ...

Ive been very pleased with my experience all the way around, my only issue is with one of the maintenance people who can be rude and accusatory on occasion about repairs he needs to make in the apartment. Ive heard hes d one it with a few other people occasionally, but oddly most of the time hes pretty friendly. Its a mixed bag with him. more ... hide ...

I think its a very nice place to live they have mercy bales that you can pull if you need help theres phone plugs and every room so that you can take a phone with you or have to have a phone I think its so wonderful plac e we be very fortunate if you can live in there I do think sometimes this is prorated with your income more ... hide ...
