She made sure I understood and met all administrative deadlines. I think she also an ticipated my questions and needs.Ryan did a great job with the walk- through. Well I just paid rent for the last time at The Avenues(Parks at Laurel Oaks for those of us who have been here). To say I am sad is an understatement because they have made living here feel like home for the last 3 years ! Some highlights for me living here are the maintenance crew(hands down! They are quick, efficient and friendly), the front desk friendliness and the price for the area! The property is being renovated and remodeled so I can only see this place getting even better. If I ever move back to Orlando area I know where to come, thank you to the whole team for making my time here a great one.EDIT: after I posted this I decided to read some reviews and I am literally shocked to see all the differences in experiences. I am not sure why so many people have had a rough time lately but I completely have nothing bad to say. I think if anything things got better the last year Ive been here. Just my two cents. When the owner responds it will be some lame apology to my review that will be a bsolutely meaningless and fake. Ive been here a year and recently renewed. They have always been very considerate and quick in the leasing office. My neighbors are great and the surrounding area is fabulous. I like that we are right across the stre et from Walmart & food places. Recently my AC was broken and Terry was very friendly & diligent about getting it fixed right away :) he is new to this apartment complex since we got a new management company recently and hes already showing hes knowledgeable. With the new management company we have a new website and I like the payment portion wheel. I wish it was an app. more ... hide ...
