We are very pleased with the management company, especially the maintenance team. No request goes unnoticed, they fix things right away. The office is doing a great job trying to enhance the community spirit. We love the pool in summer and the gym all year round! There are areas for improvement, though: there are not enough lights on the territory and it gets really dark at night time. I also wish the hot water supply could be fixed, sometimes you run out of it in the shower. But overall, great work, Kimball!tThe fellow tenants however keep disapponting. There is pets poop everywhere on the ground and abandoned shopping carts, even on the floors. I am also not comfortable with occasional strong smell of marijuana in the building. But I guess the administration cant do much about it. more ... hide ...

Nice place and neighborhood but security is lacking. It seems like anyone can walk in from the street and the people at the front desk have a pretty careless attitude. Also there are no security cameras in site which mak es it easy for anyone to walk away with the residents belongings. I wouldnt feel safe living here. more ... hide ...
