Five stars to leasing consultant Jayson on being an excellent tour guide Jayson was knowledgeable about the property and units and gave us lots of great information Very impressed with this young man

We are very pleased with the management company especially the maintenance team No request goes unnoticed they fix things right away The office is doing a great job trying to enhance the community spirit We love the pool in summer and the gym all yea We are very pleased with the management company especially the maintenance team No request goes unnoticed they fix things right away The office is doing a great job trying to enhance the community spirit We love the pool in summer and the gym all year round There are areas for improvement though there are not enough lights on the territory and it gets really dark at night time I also wish the hot water supply could be fixed sometimes you run out of it in the shower But overall great work KimballtnnThe fellow tenants however keep disapponting There is pets poop everywhere on the ground and abandoned shopping carts even on the floors I am also not comfortable with occasional strong smell of marijuana in the building But I guess the administration cant do much about it more ... hide ...
