Neighbors on top floor are very noisy. Complained to the rental office. Nothing was done about it. Apartment #403 right above me has a child who runs back and forth in the apartment all hours of the night. This person ru ns washing machine and electrical equipment at one or two in the morning. I think she has a mebtal problem. more ... hide ...

There has been a shift in management overall at the community. They no longer have an onsite maintenance crew daily, however contractors come when called by leasing office, not sure at this time the frequency of their vi sits. But I was asked to rate the service for maintenance I just requested and received. The came in a timely manner after requesting and service was completed sufficiently and they cleaned up after themselves. more ... hide ...

This place is ridiculous. Where do I start...trash always piled up (unless of course the building is being inspected- then they will leave harassing notes on your door to keep it clean *_*), There is no need for flip-flo ps in summer because if you walk on the tile in the bathroom or kitchen/dining area the tile will stick to your feet - even after several visits to the point I just gave up and played puzzle games with my daughter to put them back in place. Maintenance (although a nice guy) was often in my apartment *fixing, testing, or inspecting* different things without notifying me first. Twice it had something to do with an adjacent apartment!! Confirmation tickets emails are sent out when you have requested work done in your apartment.....however, I would get the email weeks after they had been to fix anything (no idea what that was about) Ohhhhhh where do I end?? It is a gated community - however the gate NEVER works!! One time is was programmed to be down during the day hours and up at night -shaking my head- the pool is a complete and utter joke. The pool was open maybe 20 total days of summer ...it never lasted one full week without being closed for repair of some sort. I gave up home on this being anything other than a dressed up joke! On top of a horrible ran place, the parking is horrific....they claim to have a tow service contracted but the only car I had every seen towed away was MINE...they apparently ran out of resident stickers when I moved in and so they never gave me one....... A complete joke. Sorry I ever thought I would find a hidden treasure in this place. Check out yelp...I will soon put pics up of my stay here. Stay far far away. Maintenance (RG and Will) and Marsha in the leasing office rocks- always easy to talk to even under heated circumstances. I wish I could take them to my new place *_* more ... hide ...

Was so excited to move in with my best friend. On the DAY of move in, after refusing to show us where we were signing for or giving us a tour, we were told that the manager was on a \"business trip\" and that we would ha ve to wait till 5 days later to move in. When we finally got into the TOWNHOUSE that we toured virtually (stairs and then two stories above), we were presented with a ground level, one story, cramped, stinky apartment. We left immediately and continued our search for a home from our parents house because now we have nowhere else to go. Thanks Riverwoods. more ... hide ...

This apartment complex seemed too good to be true when we first moved in about 3 months ago and everything was okay until I started noticing reckless kids playing soccer outside the apartment(hitting our cars)and leasing office staff would just waste their time talking to them because they wont listen. Also, my \"awesome neighbors\" right above us seem to throw a party without music but stomping on the floor and purposely dropping stuff every night. Ive filed police complaints and have stayed up until 2am due to loud noise recently. However, I did file a complaint through our leasing office but its unacceptable that weve complained twice within a month and first warning letter will be sent out soon and will take two more for them to actually \"take action\". Our neighbors wont let us sleep at night so get ready to deal with annoying neighbors with 5+ people living in a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment and I wouldnt be writing this review if it wasnt for our \"lovely neighbors\" that already started their party and it will be another sleepless night. Ill update my review accordingly but Im disappointed in this company as of right now.-We also find cigarette butts on our balcony and we dont even smoke.**Big props to the maintenance department, though.**UPDATE: Not sure what just happened but having new employees/management just made things worse. They wont do anything and Im sick and tired of those people living above us getting away with everything.-Im tired of complaining and thinking about breaking the lease at this point. more ... hide ...
