When we initially moved into this apartment complex a few months ago, it seemed too good to be true. But then I started to observe kids playing soccer recklessly outside (hitting our cars) and the leasing office staff would just chat with them without taking any action. Additionally, the "awesome neighbors" above us would throw a party every night without music but with stomping on the floor and deliberately dropping items. I have filed police complaints and have been staying up till 2am due to the excessive noise. I also filed a complaint with the leasing office, but they still haven't taken any action even after two complaints within a month. Our neighbors won't let us sleep at night with the 5+ people living in a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. I wouldn't be writing this review if it wasn't for the "lovely neighbors" who already started the party. It will be yet another sleepless night. I will update my review accordingly, but I am disappointed in this company as of now. We even find cigarette butts on our balcony, and we don't even smoke. **Big props to the maintenance department, though.Ÿ‘**UPDATE: Not sure what just happened, but it seems to have made matters worse. They won't do anything, and I'm fed up of those people living above us getting away with it all. I'm so tired of complaining and am now thinking about breaking the lease. more ... hide ...
