They told me and apartment was ready for me August of 2020. They just needed a few updated papers. And then a few more. ALLL of my paperwork ended up expiring twice over and in the meantime I ended up couch-surfing becau se they were taking so long. In Jan 2021, I finally ended up begging another complex to take me in, as I had nowhere else to go. 3 days later, these people called me, telling me they were waiting on just one more paper. Which I sent them, and I still have the email where I sent it to them and Carmen, the assistant property manager, replied Got it, thanks. I dont believe that the apartment actually sat there empty and waiting for me for 5 months. Something had to be going on behind the scenes that they kept letting my paperwork expire and making excuses. Dont trust this place. more ... hide ...
