A great place to live. I was a resident at two different apartments and always had superior experience. The amenities and customer services are wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. On site office cente r with WiFi and cardio club for use by residents. Nice and peaceful surroundings. Uncrowded layout and overall feel.PS: Although I dont live there any longer, I have gone back to settle my account and to see the people, it is still the same wonderfully accommodating environment that I have known. If you need an apartment, be sure to check it out. more ... hide ...

Very unprofessional staff that works in the office. Also, visiting parking is terrible. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, my car was towed for parking there for more than 2 nights in a month! Thats their new rule for vis iting parking. Ive been parking there for almost a year, and all of a sudden they have shrunk their visiting parking to only 6 spots for and entire complex. And now they are enforcing their policy, in which they wont tell residents moving in or renewing their lease about the updated one. I called up to discuss why my car was towed, the manager of the building told me that they wont show me any policies because I wasnt a resident, yet my car was towed. No help at all. Worst customer service I have ever had in my life and I dont want any new residents or existing ones to have to deal with visitors getting their car towed in a pandemic. Also the lady who manages the tow company told me I couldnt get my car the same day because they were Closed, but she answered the phone. That added $50 bucks to the original $250 price. Both of towing manager and leasing manager spoke to each other about my vehicle, and who they believed I was visiting. I was targeted by the staff, and I was out of $300 bucks during this tragic time. Without any warning from office or anything at all. Especially if they told me they watched my vehicle parked 4 days in a row, then decides to tow. Worst visiting parking policy I have ever heard of. more ... hide ...

If you are thinking about living here, dont. For those that do live here, you have rights as a tenant. You have to be notified in advance that they will need access to your unit. They do not have the right to walk in on you at any time. That is a violation of your tenant rights.Every time it snows, if we dont go and shovel our family is trapped inside until it stops snowing. They pile snow up on the sidewalks leading to the mailboxes which makes it hard for someone with limited movement to get their mail. The snow is piled high at the stop signs which makes it hard to see if someone is turning in the side you are leaving. They are very rude when you call them to ask for snow removal or any other service. more ... hide ...
