Additionally, the visiting parking situation is terrible. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, my automobile was towed for parking there for more than two nights in one month! That is their latest regulation for visitors' parking. I have been parking there for nearly a year and all of a sudden they have limited their visiting parking spots to just six for the whole complex. Now they are implementing their rule, which they are not informing residents who are moving in or renewing their lease about the change. When I phoned to ask why my car was towed, the building manager told me that they would not provide me with any policies since I was not a resident, yet my car had been towed. No help whatsoever. This was the most awful customer service I have ever experienced in my life and I don't want any fresh residents or existing ones to go through having their car towed during a pandemic. The lady who manages the towing company told me I couldn't get my car the same day because they were Closed, but she answered the phone. That added $50 to the initial $250 fee. Both the towing manager and leasing manager talked to each other about my vehicle and who they assumed I was visiting. I was targeted by the staff, and I was out of $300 dollars during this difficult period. Without any warning from the office or anything else. Particularly if they had informed me that they observed my vehicle parked for four more ... hide ...

The New Magement is Great Very helpful kind and professional Went in looked at two available apartments and they were very nice and clean They made me and my husband feel very comfortable I would definitely recommend this place
