I came today and stopped by the office and a gentlemen opened the door for me which was very polite The area looked clean my issue although was the office lack of information They did not have any models available to show and i run the risk of applyi I came today and stopped by the office and a gentlemen opened the door for me which was very polite The area looked clean my issue although was the office lack of information They did not have any models available to show and i run the risk of applying and not getting the apartment The young woman attending me was polite but did not know much of what she was talking about For each question she had an I guess Im not sure And there wasnt anything available and I called again to ask if there mightve been at least a two bedroom they dont have one available either So theres a lot of I dont know Not available And her tone changed a lot over the phone so I dont recommend to look here theres plenty of options elsewhere more ... hide ...

to be honest i love the thought of this place but i been having trouble with the office since i gave them my deposit the manage that was in the office before Sandra was great love her but when the office management chance and Sandra became in charge to be honest i love the thought of this place but i been having trouble with the office since i gave them my deposit the manage that was in the office before Sandra was great love her but when the office management chance and Sandra became in charge its been difficult let me start saying that the office hours suck They are open Mon Friday 95 one day out of the week youll find that the office is closed Sandra will be sitting in her office with the blinds open and youll will find yourself wondering why the office is closed If they need more help then hire more help They have another lady that works shes great i dont understand why she isnt in there more often i rather deal with her then Sandra The maintenance man on site is okay every time he sees me he asks if everything is okay with the apartment but i have had AC problem with my AC unit it stop working 5 times in on month My carpet is starting to pull up i dont have any kid dog cat My roof was has water damage My drier stop working had to get them to replace it 3 times and it still does not work like it should to this day i just gave up can just run my clothes though the dry twice all of this and i only been here for 9 months to make things work i need a support dog i notify the office about the me needing the support dog Sandra told me dont worry about the im gonna get approved for your dog whole week went by and i didnt hear anything about me being approved so i called the office no one answer went to the office and they told me other lady in the office and told me that Sandra will call me back that same lady came up to my door say that they need some papers filled out so i went to my doctor and got the note turn in on at Tuesday that Tuesday Sandra was sitting in the office but the office was closed i tried to get her attention through the window because her blinds was open she could clearly she me i put the doctors note in the drop box long story short the office was closed all week after that day and i might have to find another support dog i dont suggest this place look at the review and when they were review a year ago they were doing better because Sandra wasnt there more ... hide ...

Manager Sharon is prejudice and will lie to your face If mgmt is like this why would anyone rent from here Mgmt at Druker and Falk serve no purpose Run as fast as you can away Too many apts to choose from to have to deal with this
