It is a relatively new building with well-maintained grounds and within each apartment there is laundry facilities. To enter after 5pm residents have their own personal code which has been shared by delivery people and non-residents making it potentially less secure, so potentially having key cards would be better for security. There isn't any capacity signage or evacuation maps posted anywhere in the building or designated Tornado Shelter which would be necessary in Oklahoma; my fireman relative advised that the 1st floor hallway was the safest place for shelter if needed. The post office and public library are within a mile of the complex as well as a church used as the polling place - making voting easy for residents. more ... hide ...

Its a alright place but theres nothing here to do I mean nothing People dying and the fire department has been here at least 10 times in the last few months for what Holy moly The management is awesome Some people are nice
