My experience was horrible they was making me pay for them to fix things that they never fixed Than took my deposit for moving and my lease was up And they still havent contact me back If somebody can contact me that would be great

RUN They make it so cheap to move in for a reason Maintenance doesnt know how to fix anything Its always we dont have it or I cant do it There is a serious roach infestation thats putting it lightly Everyone I talk to has them so theyre all over the RUN They make it so cheap to move in for a reason Maintenance doesnt know how to fix anything Its always we dont have it or I cant do it There is a serious roach infestation thats putting it lightly Everyone I talk to has them so theyre all over the complex They havent had pest control in over 4 months I asked them about it and they dont care I have a 5 month old that I cant even sit on the floor with his toys because roaches will crawl all over him Its disgusting I have been here for a year and there are things still broken from moving in This is by far the worse place Ive ever stayed I cant say it enough do not rent here You will regret it more ... hide ...

I was waiting for the receptionist to return a call with an answer to my question They wanted their 50 application fee and I assured them they wouldnt receive it from me unless there was a very good chance that Id be approvednnIm still waiting on an I was waiting for the receptionist to return a call with an answer to my question They wanted their 50 application fee and I assured them they wouldnt receive it from me unless there was a very good chance that Id be approvednnIm still waiting on an answer from them When I called the first time the lady who I spoke to acted as if shed forgotten our entire conversation This was super frustrating as I was on a truncated time schedule She provided the same assurance that she would ask her boss my question and return my call the next day After patiently waiting for the second time now over 2 weeks Ive decided this is not the property for mennSeems like they do not keep their word turn things around on others to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes and that money is more important to them than treating future tenants correctly For current tenants I cannot say how they behave towards them more ... hide ...

I have been doing work at Highland Oaks and it has been a pleasure The regional manager Stacie is really trying to make improvements and it shows Allied pays on time and all the staff Ive dealt with have been great
