Under new management and there have been much needed improvements New manger is very sweet and professional If you would have asked me to rate this place 6mths ago I would have given it NO STARS Its like a breath of fresh air

I love the layout of this apartment but maintenance has been useless When we moved in one of our sinks was dirty and full of nats coming from the drain Soon after moving in we noticed roaches coming through an outlet We have told maintenance several I love the layout of this apartment but maintenance has been useless When we moved in one of our sinks was dirty and full of nats coming from the drain Soon after moving in we noticed roaches coming through an outlet We have told maintenance several times and they keep insisting they have handled it when clearly they havent When winter came we noticed our heat wasnt working We went to report it on the maintenance ticket website bit couldnt get in After repeatedly calling the office we finally found out they changed maintenance websites but didnt tell anyone We still dont have the new one The heat was fixed but we still have roaches Our dishwasher is falling apart but we have nowhere to report it We planned on moving in with a dog but she passed away before we moved in We explained this to the leasing office told them we didnt need a refund on the pet deposit but please dont charge us the pet rent 10 a month because we have no pet They continued to charge us anyway even though they agreed not to We finally got that sorted out after several calls The parking is terrible people park on the red line all the time and the spots are tiny and not evenly marked The lot that we are in isnt even accessible through the main entrance and they have half the pathways and roads closed off If the maintenance and office team could get it together this place would be great Our windows and doors are not weatherproofed properly We reported the door jam being messed up when we moved in and they once again said they fixed it but didnt If the door isnt locked you can just push it open because there is no weatherproofing or a proper door jam Wasps started coming in our spear room window and we discovered it isnt weather proofed either Which explains why the house is always freezing Most of the time our downstairs is colder than it is outside We have had to cover the areas of the window that the wasps are flying in with duck tape because they still havent given us the new maintenance website They changed the website at the end of last year It is almost March and they still havent given us one The place looks nice at first but the closer you look the more the place is just falling apart and management wont do anything about it more ... hide ...
