You cant call yourself pet friendly and require something so unethical such as declawing a cat Itd be like cutting off the first joint of every finger and toe Not to mention that if they get out somehow they have no possible way to defend themselves

They require your cats to be declawed Which Ill inform those that dont know declawing means youre cutting their fingers off and you shouldnt own a cat if you think thats okay

I recently moved to Wilmington for a job and was rejected immediately from this apartment because their requirement which isnt listed on their online website as the lady I talked to during my tour informed me was to be employed by your current employ I recently moved to Wilmington for a job and was rejected immediately from this apartment because their requirement which isnt listed on their online website as the lady I talked to during my tour informed me was to be employed by your current employer for 3 months or longer to be eligible to rent from them As someone who just moved to the area this made me feel very unwelcome to the area A simple website update with all requirements would have saved me time to find a place to live rather than waste my time dealing with them more ... hide ...

It's embarrassing to tell people that I live at Northland Court, as their first words are usually, "Isn't that the main place to get drugs?" Bill and Angie are the slumlords of America; they never show up for office hours, and they don't listen to the tenants' problems. They should be removed from their positions. The owner of the complex has no clue what's going on, and she couldn't care less; she just wants her money. My suggestion is to go to the homeless shelter where you'll be respected and your issues will be addressed. These people here just want their paychecks.
