The place is safe and convenient with grocery store across the street Some wear and tear of furnitures and hardwares as you can expect in a not new facility But it can take months to get anything fixed

We lived in Kensington Place Apartments for 4 years May 2015 to June 2019 In the middle of our stay the manager changed and Christina who had been added to management team as an associate took over Thanks god she took over From the time she was prom We lived in Kensington Place Apartments for 4 years May 2015 to June 2019 In the middle of our stay the manager changed and Christina who had been added to management team as an associate took over Thanks god she took over From the time she was promoted to building manager you could see things are being managed The building has only one problem it does not have washerdryer in unit It is a big hit and they totally can use the large useless closet next to air conditioner for that purpose One more thing the air conditioner compressor makes a super super louds noise when it is on cool modennDid not run much to Sofia as she was just added to management team when we left But my little experience she is a very nice and helpful person more ... hide ...

Its a nice place to live is close to Daves and Home Depot The neighborhood is safe and clean Good maintenance service and very friendly staff
