I have lived at Spring Hill for 3 years Previous management wasnt great but since Amanda Gleim arrived the atmosphere has changed completely Amanda is very professional and helpful and honestly I dont think I could have made it through this pandemic I have lived at Spring Hill for 3 years Previous management wasnt great but since Amanda Gleim arrived the atmosphere has changed completely Amanda is very professional and helpful and honestly I dont think I could have made it through this pandemic without her She has been extremely helpful in helping the community find resources they probably would not have known about otherwise I am very grateful she is the manager during this awful timeI absolutely love it here the scenery is gorgeous the grounds are well kept and they even have a knowledgeable maintenance man who actually fixes things when they need fixed Ive never been able to say that about maintenance anywhere Ive ever lived more ... hide ...

Due to the current Property Manager Ms Amanda Gleim I must say living here at Spring Hill Apartments has been a pleasant experience I have resided at the property for four years When I moved here it was owed by a different property management With Due to the current Property Manager Ms Amanda Gleim I must say living here at Spring Hill Apartments has been a pleasant experience I have resided at the property for four years When I moved here it was owed by a different property management Within two years we had four different property managers In my eyes neither had the experience to run this property Amanda now running this show and is doing an awesome job here Her professionalism and experience has made living here impeccable She keeps all residents informed about what is happening in this community and what is expected of us all to maintain a safe and clean living space Keeping this property clean and safe is very important to her She works hard for this property and for all who reside here Shes been extremely helpful with whatever concerns arise respectfully With that said I will say I am happy to be a resident at Spring Hill Apartments more ... hide ...
