She would not answer my calls and only responded a few days later with a request for paperwork. She told me she'd call me back in 7-14 days to let me know if my credit check was approved for the 1bdrm apartment; however, it is now November and I have still received no response. Last month, I went to inquire about what was going on and asked a tenant there who informed me that Shani had quit in September after our interview. Furthermore, she had moved a family - with a young son and daughter - into the one bedroom apartment prior to her leaving. Having waited on their waiting list for over three and a half years, this felt like an injustice to me as I noticed my credit score had gone from good to bad suddenly. With the phone number being unavailable now, the maintenance guy lying on behalf of management too; plus reading reviews that this place isn't great anyway - I wanted to report them either to the police or credit bureau for investigation! It would've been nice living close by work affordably but since that's not possible now, I'll just keep driving 40 minutes each day doing something I love while paying child support but struggling emotionally due missing out on overnight visits with my kids until finding an affordable place in my name...just staying calm while holding faith with grace!more ...hide ...

I have resided at the property for four years. When I moved here it was owed by a different property management. Within two years we had four different property managers. In my eyes neither had the experience to run this property. Amanda now running this show and is doing an awesome job here. Her professionalism and experience has made living here impeccable! She keeps all residents informed about what is happening in this community and what is expected of us all to maintain a safe and clean living space. Keeping this property clean and safe is very important to her. She works hard for this property and for all who reside here. She€™s been extremely helpful with whatever concerns arise, respectfully. With that said, I will say I am happy to be a resident at Spring Hill Apartments.more ...hide ...
