My Mother was a resident of Wardlaw Apartments as the time of her passing I spoke with the manager and she asked if we were going to be able to come and go through Moms old apartment I explained that none of us in the family could as we all live out My Mother was a resident of Wardlaw Apartments as the time of her passing I spoke with the manager and she asked if we were going to be able to come and go through Moms old apartment I explained that none of us in the family could as we all live out of state and would be unable to go up there She asked what we would like for them to do with my Moms belongings I asked if it was possible for them to collect her important papers photos jewelry and momentoskeepsakes and send them to us and they could donate Moms clothing furniture etc to charity She said she could do that for us Fast forward several months My grandmother recently got a letter from management asking when we were going to go through Moms apartmentnnNot to mention when my Mom lived there there were people living there who would argue and be loud late at night unsavory people hanging around the building etc more ... hide ...

These people want to control your life. If they want to run a nursing home, call it that. But thats not all. They have problems with H&AC systems and water. Toilets clog about once a week, internet does not work so streaming videos is impossible and all of our appliances are broken - every time we submit a work order they blame us for it. Even our dryer takes 3 times longer than normal to dry clothes but they simply accuse us of not cleaning out the lint filter properly; like we haven't been doing laundry since age 14! The front office staff are completely incompetent too; one lady should dress more professionally given her position! Complaining about the mold due to everyone feeling sick resulted in one lady coming in and accusing us of being dirty rather than there being an issue with the apartment itself. Maintenance crew can't do anything either plus all of them are creepy males - except for one woman and shuttle driver who actually get stuff done around here.
