Otherwise, when we moved in,it was far from clean; there was hair from the previous tenants in our bathrooms and paint everywhere from them repainting over the summer. We had severe mold issues due to a leak that they refused to fix and blamed on us, claiming it was dust - which is clearly not true since dust does not join up into circles! Toilets clog about once a week, internet does not work so streaming videos is impossible and all of our appliances are broken - every time we submit a work order they blame us for it. Even our dryer takes 3 times longer than normal to dry clothes but they simply accuse us of not cleaning out the lint filter properly; like we haven't been doing laundry since age 14! The front office staff are completely incompetent too; one lady should dress more professionally given her position! Complaining about the mold due to everyone feeling sick resulted in one lady coming in and accusing us of being dirty rather than there being an issue with the apartment itself. Maintenance crew can't do anything either plus all of them are creepy males - except for one woman and shuttle driver who actually get stuff done around here. Save yourself embarrassment as well as regret by avoiding this nasty place altogether! more ... hide ...

This place is terrible I have lived here for a year too long Toward the end of my stay the light fell out of the ceiling and they wouldnt come fix it I put in over 8 work orders but somehow only 1 of those made it in the system and it never was fixed This place is terrible I have lived here for a year too long Toward the end of my stay the light fell out of the ceiling and they wouldnt come fix it I put in over 8 work orders but somehow only 1 of those made it in the system and it never was fixed I was told that if I used this light it would be a fire hazard and so I went 3 weeks without a light and I made calls daily and they blew me off every time I called It wasnt until I pitched a fit that they even put the work order in the system still never fixed my light though When I called management they were rude It wasnt until they found out my roommates mother was an attorney that they agreed to meet me to walk through my apt They are very shady and I wouldnt recommend them to my enemyNobody should have to live with these people They are Slumlords for sure more ... hide ...
