Very Unprofessional customer resident service Came in because I was locked out of my residence after leaving my apartment unlocked unable to find my key temporarily and maitance came in and when leaving locked my door as should do for safety of my Very Unprofessional customer resident service Came in because I was locked out of my residence after leaving my apartment unlocked unable to find my key temporarily and maitance came in and when leaving locked my door as should do for safety of my home but were unaware I needed to get back in since my key was lost Waited until the next morning having to make other sleeping arrangemnets unable to contact them When finally going to the other complex associated with them because our office was closed for unknown reasons the leasing manager did not make eye contact with me and kept looking away and talking with another employee as if I were not a priority as a resident needing to get back into my home I pay them for each month She had an attitude and was clearly not one for putting the resident first All I wanted was to be let into my residence and feel that I had to beg and plead for some acknowledgment respect and help more ... hide ...

Oaks trails is not being kept up to part by managers at all You get no maintenance help no rent receipts dogs using the potty everywhere you walk through alone to move in Very easy to get in but hard to get out

We asked if there was anything else that we had to do and she replied with a no, that all we had to do was hand in our keys. Our last month's rent was taken from the security deposit. Later, I returned to request a form and nobody was in the office. When I turned around, I noticed an eviction paper on the entrance, even though we had already vacated and turned in our keys. How was it possible? I phoned the answering machine, and up until today, it is still registered on my credit score. Despite having receipts that prove it was paid in full, this apartment and the woman's guarantee that all we had to do was turn in the keys, is making it tough for me to find a new place to rent.
