I know that when mold is present, it smells awful when the air conditioning is turned on. I am allergic to mold and they are not doing anything to fix the issue. Instead of bringing in professionals to investigate, they bring in an air conditioning technician who says it is dirt and are sweeping it under the rug. Dirt doesn't make you sick—it is the air inside the unit which is causing me to be ill. On top of already existing health issues, this is too much for me to handle. I am searching for another place to move. I am very dissatisfied here and I am disappointed that I paid around 1,500 to move in. Had I known about the mold, I would have never even considered coming here. Furthermore, they have not provided new blinds, fixed a broken door, nor have they cleaned the carpet. The stove was also in a terrible condition and after I cleaned it, they still did not fix it. There is a leak in the toilet that has not been fixed either. They have one landlord for all three of their properties and one maintenance man for all three of them as well, which is too much responsibility for one person. Our air conditioning system failed to operate correctly for the entire duration of our stay, despite the many service calls made for it. To make matters worse, our tires were cut just after we moved in and the next day, our car was keyed and covered in childish scribbles. As we had not had the opportunity to meet anyone in the area, it could not have been someone with a vendetta. The property owners have not put security cameras in the parking lot, so it has been impossible to identify the perpetrator. Children were often left unsupervised, screaming, and leaving their bikes and scooters strewn in the parking lot overnight. If confronted, these kids would become aggressive and use profanity. This property is now under new management and having lived here for almost three years I am growing very happy with the changes and way it is being ran Clean place great maintenance and much better neighbors
