MORE AFFORABLE APARTMENTS MURFREESBORO , TN 37127

	POPLAR VILLAGE APARTMENTS (3.8/5) (615) 896 - 4222 1414 POPULAR AVE, MURFREESBORO, TN 37127 Housing types: Low Income Apartments buildings / Section 8 vouchers accepted utilities included: trash pickup 700 sq.ft. � built 1963 (approx.) parking type off street parking in front of entrance no entry location from outside unit entry step( Victoria Pruitt (3.7/5) Wow where do I begin with this horrible apartment complex. Lets start at the beginning...... the first 2 months were great. Then the roaches came! It got so bad that they were crawling up the walls in the apartment. It got so bad that they were crawling up the walls in the apartment. Management changed after that, then the laundry room and rent fee got raised. Break-ins, neighbors fighting and screaming, drugs.... you name it! Then, heres the best part.... called months before my lease was up and was told there would be a fee so I accepted. Went to turn in my keys today and was told my lease had magically moved to month to month ( I never consented to that) and that I would be required to pay 2 more months of rent! If you can move ANYWHERE else, DO NOT move here. It is ghetto, poorly run, office staff is unknowledgeable and rude.
