Great place to live in management are good people

Wow where do I begin with this horrible apartment complex Lets start at the beginning the first 2 months were great Then the roaches came It got so bad that they were crawling up the walls in the apartment Management changed after that then the laund Wow where do I begin with this horrible apartment complex Lets start at the beginning the first 2 months were great Then the roaches came It got so bad that they were crawling up the walls in the apartment Management changed after that then the laundry room and rent fee got raised Breakins neighbors fighting and screaming drugs you name it Then heres the best part called months before my lease was up and was told there would be a fee so I accepted Went to turn in my keys today and was told my lease had magically moved to month to month I never consented to that and that I would be required to pay 2 more months of rent If you can move ANYWHERE else DO NOT move here It is ghetto poorly run office staff is unknowledgeable and rude A card board box would be better than this place glorified project apartments is the most accurate description more ... hide ...

Poplar Village has been nothing but good to me It was my first apartment and it was perfect It had everything I needed plus I could have my sweet dog with me Everyone and I mean everyone is so nice Lots of families and very quiet which is nice Ive al Poplar Village has been nothing but good to me It was my first apartment and it was perfect It had everything I needed plus I could have my sweet dog with me Everyone and I mean everyone is so nice Lots of families and very quiet which is nice Ive always felt safe here and it feels like home Ive never had any safety issues either Kim is absolutely amazing you hit the jackpot with her Shes goes above and beyond and her staff is amazing as well Shes always on top of any problem you have I would highly recommend to anyone more ... hide ...
