Wow looks like the bad reviews are still the same experience I had 1011 years ago when I was stationed there The first year was great The ladies in the front office Joy and I cant remember the other ladys name were on top of things When they left in Wow looks like the bad reviews are still the same experience I had 1011 years ago when I was stationed there The first year was great The ladies in the front office Joy and I cant remember the other ladys name were on top of things When they left in 2009 the place went down FAST I went home to Texas on leavevacation Summer of 2009 and came back to dried blood on my porch area cockroack infestation and unruly children I lived on the third floor Had a nice 2 bedroom2 bath unit with vaulted ceiling But I started fighting the biggest cockroaches ever EVERYDAY I moved as soon as my lease was ending and the apartments on Blue Angel Pkwy was HEAVEN Like I said this was in 2009 and the poor reviews are EXACTLY what I started experiencing in 2009 2008 there was great But that was under good management until they turned it over to some novice more ... hide ...

Nasty place Management sucks

Just moved out after 4 years to be closer to a new job Loved living here the area wasnt great and people trashed the outsides often but the office and maintenance did what they could and I loved the inside of my apartment My AC broke the first summer Just moved out after 4 years to be closer to a new job Loved living here the area wasnt great and people trashed the outsides often but the office and maintenance did what they could and I loved the inside of my apartment My AC broke the first summer and maintenance fixed it that same day Had an issue with the toilet last year and got a replacement immediately The office staff was always friendly and helpful especially Angela shes really helped turn the apartments around Pest control comes pretty much every month which wasnt always fun because I worked nights and had to get up in the middle of my sleep but i also never had any pest issues so cant complain The apartment was very affordable in my opinion 1010 chance that Id move back if i didnt work an hour away more ... hide ...

They dont shampoo the carpets I would recommend a basketball court or goal The park is really small space limited Loud noises every nightToo many pest controls and inspections I feel they do those to look into your apartments and be nosey
