Trash is not kept up with and management and matinace is impossible to get ahold of Some units have been remodeled some units have been completely gutted and redone and some units are old as dirt and have mold issues

The first year was great. The ladies in the front office, Joy and I cant remember the other ladys name, were on top of things. When they left in 2009, the place went down FAST! I went home to Texas on leave(vacation) Summer of 2009 and came back to dried blood on my porch area, cockroack infestation, and unruly children. I lived on the third floor. Had a nice 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with vaulted ceiling. But I started fighting the biggest cockroaches ever EVERYDAY! I moved as soon as my lease was ending, and the apartments on Blue Angel Pkwy was HEAVEN! Like I said, this was in 2009 and the poor reviews are EXACTLY what I started experiencing in 2009. 2008 there was great. But that was under good management until they turned it over to some novice....more ...hide ...
