Whenever you explain the situation to her, she will ask questions like, "What do you mean?" or "Where is the issue coming from?" It's as if she is always angry in her position. If she doesn't like her job, then she should find another one. Previous management was very kind. We hope the current manager can fix her attitude or be removed from her role.
