Today, I visited the Potomac Station Apartments office in Leesburg after having made an inquiry and setting up an appointment with a customer service representative. The experience was shocking because of the misbehavior of a Latino employee – Mari Today, I visited the Potomac Station Apartments office in Leesburg after having made an inquiry and setting up an appointment with a customer service representative. The experience was shocking because of the misbehavior of a Latino employee – Maria, I believe was not her real name. She was rude and refused to let me speak. When I asked her why she was treating me this way, she threatened to call the police. This was not the first time I had had a negative experience with her there. I had visited the office before without an appointment and faced similar rudeness. I will never return to Potomac Station Apartments and I would like management to take action as she is damaging the reputation of the company. I would rate her customer service 0 out of 10. I would be grateful if I could speak to someone in management to share my experience directly. more ... hide ...
