The turnover rate for property managers is extremely high, one person is expected to do it all, packages are either opened or stolen, the building is extremely dirty, the rooftop and other common areas are never accessible, and the list continues. Do not be deceived by the online images which are from the initial time the property opened three years ago- it does not look the same now. Herman & Kittle Property Group should be embarrassed to showcase the property during tours. If this is how they treat their income-restricted properties, it reflects much about their overall character; they are the worst property management team I have ever come across. Thankfully, we have not had any issues with our unit, taking into consideration what my neighbors have experienced; nothing has malfunctioned and I adored the view. We have encountered some wonderful people here and we are grateful for whatever Anthony does for the building. Unfortunately, people do not care about their residence, permit their kids to run wild and break things, and grown-ups tamper with packages, among other matters. I cannot recommend this property to anyone with a clear conscience. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. more ... hide ...

Just finally been able to get in contact with some one about available units but after seeing the reviews NO WAY JOSE LOL
