I would give it a negative 5 stars if I could. Living here has been an awful mistake. From the construction/unit quality to the occupants, it is horrendous. People who don't live here work on their vehicles in the underground car park which is alarming. I'm scared to even use my storage space due to this, thankfully I park outside. The building, particularly the underground parking, is filled with litter, leading to a rat problem. People are always playing loud music or fighting and the main entrance and corridors constantly smell of marijuana. Dog excrement and vomit in the corridors. The occupants are extremely loud, it would be quieter if the walls were thicker. You can hear everything outside the building. If you drive past, you will observe people gathering outside. At night, you can see children in the windows just looking out. The kids run through the hallways. The rooms are very, very small. There is no gloss on the paint, this place was constructed on the cheap. There were times in winter when the hot water stopped working. It's dreadful, I can't wait to move. more ... hide ...

I have been living in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment for the past two years and I am quite content with the place and the management. The perks include: 1. Low utility bills during winter season as our apartment does not require much heating. Low utility bills during winter season as our apartment does not require much heating. Though bills can be a bit steep in the summer, it is only for a few months. 2. What we saw when we moved in was exactly what we got - no unpleasant surprises. All the appliances work, no pest issues, no water or heating issues etc. Any issues we have faced have been quickly resolved by management. 3. It is conveniently located near the capital and is a bit removed from the university. 4. There is ample natural light in our corner unit. 5. There is heated underground parking. Negative aspects include: 1. Some students do reside here and it can be noisy or smell like marijuana at times, however, they have been considerate and responsive to feedback. 2. Garbage and recycling are in the garage, with no chute and people tend to be careless with the dumpsters which can be annoying. 3. The ceilings are a bit thin and it seems that our upstairs neighbours just make a lot of noise. In conclusion, I have had a very positive overall experience here and would highly recommend it as you know what you are getting and there are no surprises. more ... hide ...
