Their parking is terrible! I have one car and I can't even find a parking spot every night; it's different in every lot. I have complained multiple times and nothing has been resolved. We need permits for each apartment, allowing at least one vehicle. I know for a fact that one resident has three cars and a motorcycle, which isn't equitable for those with only one car. I've spoken to Michael and management and contacted Jody, his manager, and still no results. How long does it take to assign permits for apartments? Cars should be registered in Wisconsin, showing proof of residence, and should be allowed one vehicle with a permit sticker. If you have more than one car, you should park in the guest parking, which is always full Thursday-Sunday. As someone who pays their rent, I shouldn't have to go through this stress. Maybe it's time to find a better place that can accommodate its residents; this is really ridiculous!!! more ... hide ...

I was delighted to inhabit this place and was looking forward to a fresh start (having moved from a house owned by a horrendous landlord!). The administrator I dealt with was admirable and promised me a great deal (and he fulfilled his word so I had no issues whatsoever), but he is no longer here alongside the maintenance man. I'm so disheartened now! There is no one to take care of maintenance and the so-called renovations they are carrying out on the external part of the buildings is appalling! I have asked for help concerning MOLD in my bathroom more than a month ago, yet nothing has happened. I went to the office and left messages which were disregarded. I had to write a letter just to get a response to my request, however, there is still no maintenance man! Parking is a nightmare because people don't make their visitors park in the designated spots and the office does nothing to stop this! I'm not going to stay here any longer than I have to!
